I would recommend this to the most resistant of exercisers. My present 100 pound weight loss is largely due to Leslie Sansone and her Walk at Home DVDs. I enjoy Leslie Sansone's upbeat attitude, the comraderie of the walkers, and find that the time goes by relatively quickly and painlessly. She has been married to Joseph Bullano since August 26, 1994. I have been enjoying it so much that I just purchased the 3 mile walk (and I assure you that if someone had told me one month ago that I would actually want to walk 3 miles I would have laughed quite heartily). I hate exercising with a passion but find that the in house walking doesn't feel like exercising at all (of course, your heartrate goes up, you sweat, and you lose weight, but it is not tedious, irritating and doesn't feel like a punishment like most exercise tapes). I am amazed because I would probably have been voted the girl most likely to cut gym class in highschool. I have been working out with the 2 mile section of this dvd for about a month or more and really love it. I bought the 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds video but found that it wasn't challenging enough so I bought the 1-2 mile dvd. ![]() Grab your water bottle and be prepared to sweat.Walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone 1 and 2 miles This is a good cardio workout and a good choice if you’re looking for a change of pace. Her intervals can be challenging, depending on your fitness level. I like the compound moves that burn extra calories and they also keep the workout interesting. I like the one-on-one with her because she’s not busy “talking” to background exercisers, which after a few workouts become annoying. Why I enjoyed this workout: Leslie is friendly, chatty and motivating. The multi-muscle moves ramps up the calorie burn plus the brisk pace averages 4 to 5 mph keeps your heart rate up. The workout is primarily low-impact, except for the power bursts which you can modify if needed. This walking workout will take you “3.1” miles and the power bursts include jogging and kicking. What: One 45-minute aerobic workout that includes several two-minute higher intensity power bursts. Probably more importantly, it’s a nice change from walking on the treadmill. I really enjoy this dvd and when I’m on the fence about working out I will reach for this dvd because I enjoy it and I’m sweaty at the end. Looking for a fun, solid cardio workout?
